John Frew is the founding principal of FNG, LLC.  Prior to establishing the company in 2003, Mr. Frew enjoyed a distinguished career as an attorney, investment banker, senior government official and CEO of the trade association representing the Colorado Ski Industry.  John Frew and Chris Nations offer collective experiences and success in focusing on the unique challenges of real estate development.

Mr. Frew excels at forging public-private partnerships to match public sector needs with private sector goals.  His experience encompasses a broad range of development challenges, including complex land use approvals, inter-governmental agreements leading to the largest new domestic airport since the 1950’s, site selection, land acquisition and tenant relocation, entertainment venue development and operations, professional motor sports and minor league professional team ownership.  As an attorney, Mr. Frew has represented clients in the regulatory, legislative and executive branches of government at the local, state and federal levels.
