Mr. Nelson’s career spans 18 years in the financial sector. A Certified Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Black Belt, Mr. Nelson is a business management strategist focused on successful project execution utilizing consistent and lean processes. Mr. Nelson’s experience includes financial management for multiple construction projects ranging from $25 million to $2.2 billion. Mr. Nelson’s risk management, governance, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies include state and federal regulatory compliance, contract compliance, purchase, lease and sale transactional structures, and cash flow forecasting.
