Roger Cousins brings over 35 years of experience in multiple project delivery systems for commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects. Mr. Cousins manages administrative and field construction activities, including preconstruction project planning, project documentation, projected budgeting, bid estimates and negotiation, project scheduling, submittal review, project buyout, vendor and subcontract awards, government approvals, final closeout and safety administration. Mr. Cousins’ professional training includes extensive construction education in the fields of marketing, scheduling, liability, management, and quality construction practices. Roger Cousins is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and holds a LEED AP designation. Mr. Cousins is widely recognized for customer satisfaction and the ability to deliver the highest quality project on time and within budget.
