Michael Toepfer serves as Senior Project Manager for the Cedar Rapids Convention Complex Project. Mr. Toepfer provides more than 35 years of construction industry project management experience, with leadership on over $980 million of construction projects. Mr. Toepfer coordinates and supervises the design and construction of the project, including management of the project architect, contractors and vendors, cost analysis, cost control, claims management and scheduling.
