FMG was selected in August, 2005 by the City and County of Broomfield, Colorado as the lead developer of the Broomfield Event Center. FMG was responsible for all aspects of the arena project including deal structuring, financing, project design and construction. Located in Denver’s northwest corridor, the facility is a central element in a transit-oriented development that features a connection to Denver’s light rail system. 

Chris Nations served as the Project Manager and delivered the project on-time and on budget.
